Michael’s career includes consulting for Fortune 500 companies (via KPMG, Accenture, and PwC) and executive product leadership experience for SaaS technology companies. Michael has combined his experiences and passions to help product teams clarify their purpose, delight their customers, and build amazing products.
While at PwC, Michael led the creation and delivery of Product Management best practices for PwC Digital, the firm's software development arm. Michael’s executive product leadership for enterprise software organizations focused on building world class teams, understanding market landscapes, fostering cross functional collaboration with solution teams, designing and implementing best practice product management processes, and ensuring strategic alignment across the entire organization.
Michael specializes in product discovery workshops, voice of the customer, and Product Management & Engineering collaboration.
Michael holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Wake Forest University and a MBA from Emory University.
